Coaching is a solution-focused, forward-looking conversation that helps individuals explore their strengths, set meaningful goals, and take action.

Unlike counselling, it doesn’t explore past trauma, and unlike mentoring, it doesn’t offer advice or personal opinions. Instead, coaching empowers students to find their own answers and build confidence in their decision-making.

Yes! Coaching is inclusive and adaptable, and especially valuable for students who are:

• Taking on leadership roles
• Going through transitions (P7 to S1, or S4 to S5)
• Struggling with confidence, focus, or peer relationships
• Keen to take more responsibility for their wellbeing

• Coaching Skills for Wellbeing Award: 6 weeks, with weekly 60–90 minute sessions
• Workshops and leadership training: 1 hour to half-day formats

We’re flexible — and happy to tailor the length to suit your school’s timetable.

All sessions are led by qualified, accredited coaches with experience in teaching or youth work. Our team is:

• Skilled in inclusive and neurodiverse-aware practice

Yes! Many schools fund coaching using PEF (Pupil Equity Funding) or mental health/wellbeing grants. We’re happy to support your funding applications with wording, data, or case studies.
